Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos, San Jose del Cabo

Our experience at the hotel was quite mixed. While the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, especially Juan and Maria, we faced numerous issues that really affected our stay. The hotel seemed to cut back on services, which was disappointing considering the price we paid. The location is decent, but the loud music from nearby bars and the noisy kids' area made it hard to relax. Overall, it felt like we didn't get the value we were hoping for.

We had an amazing stay at this resort! The service was exceptional, with staff going out of their way to make us feel at home. The variety of pool options for both kids and adults was fantastic, making it easy to relax. While the food options were generally good, we did find some areas for improvement, particularly with the wine selection and evening dining experiences. Our stay was made memorable thanks to the extraordinary service from staff like Laura and Luis, but we also encountered a major issue with room noise during our first two nights. Overall, we enjoyed our experience despite some setbacks.
