Our experience at the hotel was quite mixed. While the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, especially Juan and Maria, we faced numerous issues that really affected our stay. The hotel seemed to cut back on services, which was disappointing considering the price we paid. The location is decent, but the loud music from nearby bars and the noisy kids' area made it hard to relax. Overall, it felt like we didn't get the value we were hoping for.
